Inputs 5-9 are PLC compatible and can be controlled with 10-24 VDC (PNP).
Inputs 5, 6 and 7 have a minimum pulse length at 50 mSec duration.
Input 7 is supplied with a PTC – resistor measure input to be used to motor protection. At a resistor value
between 3K and 10K are the inverter in TRIP with the error code POH.
Priority list of inputs:
Function: Input: Notes:
1 OFF Term. 8
2 DC-STOP Term. 9 Note: Can be used as input at Par. J = 101
3 STOP Term. 7
Can be connected to a PTC thermostat in the motor. To protect against motor
overheat.
4 Forward Term. 5
5 Reveres Term. 6
Note:
Never shorten terminal 1 or 10 (+10V) to terminal 4 or 13 (0V) – This would damage the inverter.
Use shielded cables for the control wires.
If the relay is used for inductive loads, a RC coupling or varistor must be used.
When motor wires a voltage less (Terminal 8 = OFF) the motor will run un braked until it loses it’s
energy. Do not restart before it completely still.
PTC signal and motor wires must be kept in separate cables.
