Start-Up And Operation, Continued
Door Holding Mechanism
 Doors can be held open for ease of loading
product into case.
 Retractable plunger pin is provided to lock doors
open and easily return them to closed position.
1. Door Opens and Closes Normally When
Plunger Pin Is Retracted
 Illustration #1 shows plunger pin retracted
(handle raised and setting on top of hex head).

In this position, freely door opens and closes.
2. Door Locks Open When Plunger Pin Is
Extended
 Illustration #2 shows plunger pin extended
(handle lowered to bottom of side slot).
 Plunger pin is to be lowered into hole in cover,
locking in place
 In this position, door will be held open in locked
position.
 This will allow easy loading of product into case.
 After product is loaded, simply lift handle (as
shown in illustration #1) atop hex head.
 This will raise plunger pin and allow door to close
normally
