MAINTENANCE FUNDAMENTALS: SHELF ASSEMBLY / DOOR ACTUATOR / TISSUE BOX ACCESS

1. Shelf Assembly Removal
 Remove and set aside glass or wire shelves.
 For lighted shelving, unplug the light cord and
detach from the rear shelf support.
 Slide light assembly back to unlock, then rotate up
to separate from brackets.
 Slide rear support back to unlock and rotate up to
separate from brackets.
 Remove brackets. Note, it may be necessary to
remove the nylon shipping bracket retainer.
Pliers will be required to accomplish this task.
2. Door Actuator Removal
 Remove false deck (No tools required).
 Remove screw from actuator arm.
 Remove 4 screws from actuator cover plate.
 Remove 2 mounting screws that secure actuator to
mounting flange.
 Withdraw actuator.
3. Tissue Box Access
 For most models, tissue box can be accessed
simply by lifting housing up and out (and refilling).
 Model CDR4694 tissue box is accessible by
lowering front panel (by freeing panel from magnet
strips). No screw removal required.
 After refilling tissue box, raise front panel to
reconnect with magnet strips.
 Front panel will securely hold to magnets.
