cinta
El
B77
esta
equipado
de
un sistema automatico
para
pararse
al
terminar
la
cinta, consistente
en
un
sensor
de
infrarojos.
En
el
caso
de
que ter-
mine
de
pasar
la
cinta,
o,
eventualmente,
se
rompa, entra
en
acci6n
el
sensor y detiene
el
mecanismo
de
arrastre, cualquiera que
sea
la
operaci6n que
este
realizando.
Este
auto-
matismo ofrece otras posibilidades interesantes:
Parada
programada.
Si
se
coloca
en
la
cinta un trozo transparente,
en
ese
punto
se
parara
el
aparato.
Si
este trozo tiene una
longitud
de
1 cm,
esta
parada solo
se
efectuara
cuando
el
magnet6fono
esta
grabando o repro-
duciendo.
Para
conseguir
la
parada
en
bobinados
rapidos,
la
longitud
de
la
cinta transparente
debera
ser
de
10 cm.

To stop the tape transport mechanism at the
end
of
a tape, the
head
assembly
of
the B77
recorder
is
equipped
with
an
infrared light-gate.
When reaching the
end
of
a
reel
of
tape
or
in
case
of
tape breakage
(faulty
splice) the trans-
port
mechanism
will
STOP automatically
out
of
any operating mode. With simple
means
the
automatic sensor may
be
utilized
to
perform
other functions
as
well:
Stopping the tape at any preselected
point.
By splicing a short length
of
clear leader
into a
reel
of
tape, the STOP
function
can
be
activated at any freely selected
point
within
a
reel
of
tape. To activate the automatic stop
out
of
play, a length
of
at least 1
/2
inch
of
clear
leader
is
required.
If
automatic STOP during
fast wind
is
required the clear leader must
have
a length
of
5 inches approximately.
