Statistics Tab
From the general diagnostics screen touch Statistics
tab. A report of unit operation will appear on the GUI
(See Figure 4-12).
Power Cycles: The number of times power has•
been removed from the unit.
Power On Time: The number minutes power has•
been supplied to the relay board.
Standby Time: The number of minutes the unit•
has been activated awaiting a command, but not in
a cooking mode. For example diagnostics would
count as standby time.
Upper Oven Cooking Time: The number of min-•
utes the upper oven was in a cooking mode.
Lower Oven Cooking Time: The number of min-•
utes the lower oven was in a cooking mode.
Control Tab
The Control tab allows individual components to be
activated and the results monitored (See Figure 4-13).
Component: The component that is selected to be•
activated.
Requested: If component has been turned on or•
not.
Sensed: If unit is sensing the component is acti-•
vated.
Change Component: Brings up a menu to select•
another component to activate.
Turn On/Off Component: Activate or deactivate•
component.
AC RMS: Voltage and current to the unit.•
PCM Temp: Relay board temperature.•
RTD: What the oven RTD is reading.•
Probe: Removed or when the probe is inserted•
shows temperature probe is reading.
Door: Shows if door is open or closed.•
Lock: Shows if MDL is in the locked or unlocked•
position.
Selecting Or Changing The Component
1. Press Change Component.
2. A menu appears. Select upper or lower
oven on a double oven (See Figure 4-14).
3. Select component to activate.
4. Upper Bake selected (See Figure 4-15).
