What’s Cooking? Recipe Selection
1. Choose the type of food you plan to cook.The Rocket
Grill offers many
options, fresh or frozen – from steaks to burgers, chicken breasts, zucchini
and portobello mushrooms, as well as pancakes, bagels and more. Check the
Grill Guide to get a general idea of cooking times.
Four Quick Steps
a) Select food type from outer wheel.
b) Select portion size from inner wheel.
c) Select serving:
One serving Fresh
One serving Frozen
Two servings Fresh
Two servings Frozen

NOTE: Grill times are recommended and will
vary according to portion size and personal taste.

Grill (select models) or log on
to www.sunbeam.com and click on Rocket
Grill.
STEP-BY-STEP GRILLING STEP-BY-STEP GRILLING
Get Ready to Grill
1. Pre-heat the grill for 5 minutes. Make
sure Lid is closed before pre-heating
and removable Drip Pan is in place.
2. Gather necessary tools: food you will be grilling,
disposable Parchment Pouch, tongs, oven mitts
and a plate for the food once it is grilled.
3. Season the food according to taste or the
recipe you have chosen.
Note: Do not marinade within the Parchment Pouch. Instead,
marinade the food in a plastic bag or bowl before grilling.
Place the food into the Parchment Pouch, centering
it in the cooking space for optimal results.
Note: Do use a Parchment Pouch that appears to be
damaged or torn.
4. Place the parchment Pouch into the Rocket Grill
and secure it on the locking hooks.
5. Select the
“Fresh/Precooked Frozen” or
“Frozen/Bone In” Contact Setting.
6. Close the Grilling Lid.
7. Turn the timer to the desired cooking time.
Now you are grilling!
8. Once your dinner is done place the food on a
plate and toss the Parchment Pouch away.
9. Keep Lid closed while grilling.
Note: Grill will not operate with the lid open.

Manual are to be used only as a guide.

Getting Started:
First-Time Set-Up
1. Take the Rocket
Grill from its box,
and remove all packaging materials
and tape from the inside and outside
of the unit.
2. Remove and wash the lid and drip pan
in warm soapy water or on the top
rack of the dishwasher. Put them back
in position on the grill.
3. Place the Rocket
Grill at least 8
inches from walls and out from under
low cabinets on a flat, dry surface.
