It’s Out of the Bag
1. Listen for the bell that indicates grilling is done.Your Rocket™ Grill will
automatically go into a “Keep Warm” function keeping the food warm until
the unit is turned off.
Note: Food will cook when left
inside the grill while the grill is on.
2. Wait an additional
15 seconds for the grill
plates to separate.
NOTE: If the plates have not
separated, close the lid and wait
another few seconds before
opening the lid again.
3. Lift the pouch out of the
grill and using the tongs
remove the food and place
on a plate.
4. Check the food to see if it
has been grilled to your
desired preference. If
necessary, place back into
the pouch and grill for a
little longer. Make sure the
pouch is not ripped before
placing back into the grill. If
the pouch is ripped, throw
away and use a new
Parchment Pouch.
6. When finished, throw the
used pouch in the trash.

Do not try to take the food out of the pouch without removing the parchment pouch from the grill.

Healthy Buffalo Fingers
1/2-1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
Kosher salt and pepper
Dash hot sauce, to taste
Light Blue Cheese Dressing
Rocket Grill Setting: Fresh
Toss Chicken fingers with salt, petter and hot sauce. Place chicken in pouch
taking care not to overload; cook in 2-3 batches if necessary.
Cook for 6-9 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through. Serve
with dressing as dipping sauce.
Grilled Peach Melba
2 fresh peaches, pits removed and sliced
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 pint fresh raspberries
Rocket Grill Setting: Fresh
Place peaches in pouch. Cook for 3 minutes.
While warm, top with ice cream spooned in 4 individual bowls and divide
raspberries to garnish. Serves 4.
Turkey, Ham and Cranberry Sandwich
8 slices crusty bread 4 thin slices ham
1/2 cup cranberry sauce 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise Butter (optional)
8 thin slices turkey
Rocket Grill Setting: Fresh
Spread one slice of bread with cranberry sauce.Top with turkey, ham and
cheese. Spread second slice of bread with mayonnaise and place on top of
meat and cheese. Spread outside of sandwich with butter if desired.
Place in pouch and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Philly Cheese Steak
1 rib-eye steak, sliced thin (easier to do if meat is frozen)
2 French Bread Rolls
1 onion,
sliced thin and sautéed
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
2-4 slices provolone cheese
Rocket Grill Setting: Fresh or Frozen if meat is still frozen
Place meat in pouch and cook for 8 minutes (choose Frozen setting if meat is
still frozen). Drain meat and divide between 2 rolls and place cheese on top
while meat is still hot.Top with mushrooms and onions.
