Your SmartBake Custom features a 10
minute Power Interruption Protection
that protects the program memory from
power surges, or short term power failure
(blackout). This means that if there is a
power interruption during your bread making,
the machine will retain its memory for up to
10 minutes and continue cooking when the
power supply returns.
If you experience a power failure greater
than 10 minutes you may need to discard
ingredients and start again. If the power
interruption occurs in the baking cycle, you
can use the Bake menu (10) setting to finish
baking.
