Questions and Answers

Why does my Sun Joe Pressure Washer machine refuse to start?
    • R
      Robert GarciaJul 28, 2025
Your Sun Joe Pressure Washer might not start due to several reasons: a power failure or not being plugged into a working outlet, a defective socket, a blown fuse, or a defective extension cord. To resolve this, ensure the machine is plugged into a working outlet, check the power cord and reset the GFCI, and try a different outlet. Replace the fuse and switch off other machines using the same circuit. Also, try operating the unit without an extension cord.

Why is my Sun Joe Pressure Washer pulsating?
    • R
      Richard GeorgeAug 2, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer is pulsating, it could be due to air in the inlet hose, an inadequate supply of mains water, a partially blocked nozzle, a blocked water filter, or a kinked hose. To fix this, allow the machine to run by holding the trigger until regular working pressure resumes. Check that the water supply meets the required specifications, and avoid using long, thin hoses (minimum 1/2 in. diameter). Clean the nozzle and the water inlet filter. Straighten out the hose to remove any kinks or blockages.
  • K
    Kenneth MejiaAug 7, 2025
What to do if my Sun Joe Pressure Washer machine stops?
    • K
      Kim AndersonAug 7, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer stops, it could be due to a blown fuse, incorrect mains voltage, an activated thermal sensor, or a partially blocked nozzle. Try replacing the fuse and switch off other machines using the same circuit. Verify that the mains voltage corresponds to the specification on the model tag. Allow the washer to cool down for 5 minutes. Clean the nozzle to remove any blockages.

    Joseph AndersonAug 11, 2025
What to do if my Sun Joe Pressure Washer starts, but no water comes out?
    • J
      Jessica Krueger PhDAug 11, 2025
If your Sun Joe Pressure Washer starts but no water comes out, it could be because the pump, hoses, or accessories are frozen, there is no water supply, the water inlet filter is blocked, or the nozzle is blocked. Wait for the pump, hoses, or accessories to thaw. Connect the inlet water. Clean the water inlet filter and the nozzle.

    markwoodwardAug 16, 2025
Why does the fuse blow on my Sun Joe Pressure Washer?
    • C
      christian96Aug 16, 2025
The fuse in your Sun Joe Pressure Washer might be blowing because it is too small. Install a fuse with a higher amp rating than the machine's amp consumption. You can also try operating the unit without an extension cord.
  • E
    ellischristinaAug 22, 2025
Why does my Sun Joe Pressure Washer have fluctuating pressure?
    • G
      Gary RobbinsAug 22, 2025
Fluctuating pressure in your Sun Joe Pressure Washer can be caused by the pump sucking air, dirty, worn out, or stuck valves, or worn-out pump seals. Check that the hoses and connections are airtight. Clean or replace the valves and seals.
