ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be notated on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Sunlighten must be notified of any damage to your sauna within three (3)
business days of signing the BOL. Failure to notify Sunlighten within the
established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for cost
of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS including shipping and handling fees.
ETL SAFETY CERTIFIED
The ETL Listed Mark is proof of product compliance (electrical, gas and other safety
standards) to North American safety standards. Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ’s)
in 50 states and Canada and retailers accept the ETL Listed Mark as proof of product
safety.
