What to do if SunSetter Platinum Plus awning motor does not respond to remote transmitter properly?

If your SunSetter Accessories awning motor isn't responding properly to the remote transmitter, or it only runs while holding the UP or DOWN button, try the following: 1. Unplug the motor. 2. Wait two seconds. 3. Plug in the motor. 4. If the motor jogs, follow the instructions in Section A. 5. If the motor doesn't jog, go to Section B. Alternatively: 1. Press and hold the CLOSE and OPEN buttons together on the remote transmitter. 2. Hold until the motor jogs or moves. 3. Press and hold the PROGRAMMING button. 4.
