6-11-4) Timing Belt on Main Shaft Motor
① Tension on the timing belt of the main shaft motor should measure as below on the sound wave measurer when
you pluck the middle of the belt with your finger.

③ To adjust the tension, unscrew the idler and
adjust it right and left to get the right tension.
Turn the idler left to increase the tension and
right to decrease the tension.
6-12) LAMP (OPTIONAL)
6-12-1) Adjusting Lamp Socket
Standard lamp for SWF machines measures 580mm in length. If you have to use 590mm lamp for certain
purposes, adjust the lamp in the following order.
① Unfasten the three screws on the socket.
② Push the lamp socket fully to the right of the shell.
③ Install a new lamp and adjust the socket according to the length of the lamp. Fasten the socket screws.
