10.1. Manufacturing defects and materi-
als guarantee
NES Ltd. expressly guarantees that the
products it manufactures shall be free
fromdefectsin materialsand workman-
shipwhichcanpreventfromnormal op-
eraon under proper and normal use,
installaon and maintenance for the in-
tended funcons of the products for a
periodsetoutinthewarrantycercate
oftherespecvewaterheatermodelyou
havebought.Thewarrantyperiodbegins
from the dateindicated in the purchase
invoice. If a product or any component
thereofis determined to be defecve in
manufactureormaterials,NESLtd.willre-
pairor replacethe defecvecomponent
orproduct.
10.2.ExclusionsandLimitaonsofWar-
ranty Coverage

during warranty period of respecve
