Memory Installation
Memory Support
The A2SDi-TP8F/A2SDi-LN4F has four memory slots that support up to 64 GB of DDR4
ECC/Non-ECC Unbu󰀨ered SO-DIMM, two DPC (DIMM Per Channel) up to 2400MT/s at
4 GB, 8 GB and 16 GB sizes. Populating these SO-DIMM slots with a pair of memory
modules of the same type and size will result in interleaved memory, which will improve
memory performance.
Note: Visit the product page on the Supermicro website for possible updates to memory
support (www.supermicro.com).
Caution: Exercise extreme caution when installing or removing memory modules to prevent
any possible damage to the DIMMs or slots.
Memory Population Guidelines
For optimal memory performance, follow the table below when populating memory. Populate
DIMM slots in the following order: DIMMA1, DIMMB1, then DIMMA2, DIMMB2
