1. Align PEEK nut "A", which is next to the triangle (Pin 1) on the heatsink, against
threaded fastener "a" on the CPU socket. Then align PEEK nuts "B", "C", "D" on the
heatsink against threaded fasteners "b", "c", "d" on the CPU socket, making sure that
all PEEK nuts on the heatsink are properly aligned with the correspondent threaded
fasteners on the CPU socket.
2. Once they are aligned, gently place the heatsink on top the CPU socket, making sure
that each PEEK nut is properly attached to its corresponding threaded fastener.

3. Press all four rotating wires outwards and make sure that the heatsink is securely
latched unto the CPU socket.
4. With a T30-bit screwdriver, tighten all PEEK nuts in the sequence of "A", "B", "C", and
"D" with even pressure. To avoid damaging the processor or socket, do not use a force
greater than 12 lbf-in when tightening the screws.
5. Examine all corners heatsink to ensure that the PHM is rmly attached to the CPU
socket.
