2.4 Memory Support and Installation
Note: Check the Supermicro website for recommended memory modules.
Important: Exercise extreme care when installing or removing DIMM modules to pre-
vent any possible damage.
Memory Support
The X12STL-F supports up to 128GB of ECC UDIMM memory with speeds of up to 3200MHz
in four memory slots. Speed support is up to 2666MHz when a Pentium processor is installed.
Speed support is up to 2933 MT/s for 2R2R congurations. Refer to the table below for the
recommended DIMM population order.
