To maintain a hot, strong spark,
keep the plug free from carbon.
Remove carbon deposits from the.
plug with a wire or pin, and adjust
the gap to 0.8 - 0.9 mm (0.031 -
0.035 in) for good ignition. Use a
thickness (feeler) gauge to check
the gap.
