Remove the flywheel from the crankshaft using the proper
marketing
tool.

Remove the key from the crankshaft.
INSTALLATION
Installation
is reverse order of removal with the special attention
to
the following steps.

Clean the flywheel and crankshaft mating surfaces with clean-
ing
solvent.

Tighten the flywheel nut to the specified torque.

Igniter
unit
• Install the igniter unit with
an
air gap of 0.5
mm
between the
both core ends and the
flywheel. Check the gaps at the
machining part of the flywheel as shown
in
the figure.

" Tighten the two igniter unit bolts to the specified torque.
