Pull

chain
tight
to
remove
any
slack,
then
using
vernier
calipers,
measure
the
20-pitch
(21
pins)
length
of
chain.
If
it
measures
more
than
the
limits,
replace
the
chain.

gasketed
surface

the
cylinder

distortion

places

If
the
largest
reading
at
any
position

the
straightedge
exceeds
the
limit,
replace
the
cylinder.
