@ Hook the tensioner spring onto the hooked part
of crankcase.
@ Tighten the two bolts ( to the specified torque,
and then tighten the stopper bolt @ and lock
nut @.

MAGNETO
e Fit the key in the key slot on the crankshaft,
then install the magneto rotor.
e@ Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK
SUPER ‘1305” to the threaded part of rotor
bolt.
® Tighten the magneto rotor bolt to the specified
torque
by
using
the
special
tool
and
torque
wrench.

pins
and
attach
a
new
gasket.
