STARTER MOTOR DISASSEMBLY
• Disassemble the starter motor as shown in the illustration.
• Remove the housing end (inside) 1.
• Remove the slip washer 2, thrust washer 3 (t: 0.2), thrust
washer 4 (t: 0.5) and starter motor case 5.
1 O-ring 4 Armature
2 Housing end (inside) 5 Housing end (outside)
3 Starter motor case
