Fit the torque washer, flat washer,
and axle nut as shown. Your bike
forks should fit snugly around the lip
of the torque washer.

Fit the rubber cover over the nuts on
both sides of the motor.

Motor cable
Using a large spanner, tighten the
nuts on both sides of the motor
wheel.

Ensure the torque washer is
fitted correctly.
Ensure 45 Nm of torque is
used to tighten the axle nuts.
