3) Clean SRV
Refer to
Chapter 4, Section 6.1: Clean Sampling Valve (SRV).
4) Replenish Reagent
Faulty lyse will affect background for WBC or HGB. In case diluent
is faulty, it will affect all parameters, notably PLT background count.
