7.7. CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OIL
• Change oil after 5,000 hours of operation or once every two years.
• The oil drain plug is located on the bottom side of the reservoir.
• Hydraulic system oil volume: 100 liters.
Hydraulic oil of suitable viscosity (viscosity: 46 mm/s at 40°C).
The machine is factory filled with Hydrolubric VGS 46 (OLMA d.d.) oil.
The hydraulic oil quality must correspond to the following standards:

7.8. REPLACING THE OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE
• Replace the filter cartridge for the first time after 200 operating hours, then every 1,000 operating
hours.
• The filter cartridge is not washable.
• Reduced filter permeability can be observed on the filter gauge – if the gauge indicator is in the
red zone when the oil is heated to the operating temperature (if gauge indicator only sometimes
reaches the red zone, filter replacement is NOT necessary).
7.9. LUBRICATION OF THE MULTIPLICATION GEAR
• The machine is factory filled with 1.2 l of SAE 75 oil (Renolin CLP 100 DIN 51 517/13).
Important:
To prevent pollution dispose of the spent oil in a suitable manner!
