Reassembly
Follow the steps in reverse order
Fix the charger communication cable and the limit switch cable with
sealing compound omnivisc (01/141)
Refer to listing: Material
4.3.1.3 Removing handle bowl
• The electronic board has to be removed (one of the 21 screws
is located behind the electronic board)
• Remove the protection foil covering the one screw
• Unscrew the 21 handle bowl screws (01/101)
• Take apart the front handle bowl (01/106)
Reassembly
Follow the steps in reverse order
Pay attention to the correct position of the micro switch cables
4.3.1.4 Replacing bowden cable
• Loosen the nut fixing the bowden cable to the articulation (01/
119)
• Remove the spring and bowden cable from the handle position
lock (01/124)
Reassembly
Follow the steps in reverse order
Adjustment
The spring is part of the bowden cable unit
Preadjust the tension of the bowden cable by positioning the nut at
8.5 mm
Afterwards adjust the bowden cable that it is not tensioned and the
disengaging lever has no play

By increasing the distance between nut and bowden holder the
movement of the disengaging lever becomes harder
By reducing the distance between nut and bowden holder the
movement of the disengaging lever becomes softer
