4.3.2.1 Replacing belt (07/123)
• Remove cover (07/129)
• Remove the belt tensioning roller (07/120)
• Remove the brush coupling (07/135)
• Remove one screw (07/125) and loosen the others two
• Move the axle over the positioner
• Remove belt

3 Loosen the screw
4 Loosen the screw
5 Move axle over the positioner
6 Remove belt
Reassembly
Follow the steps in reverse order
Take care that the teeth of the belt are positioned inwardly
Service
Lubricate the bearing of the belt tensioning roller, the axle and the
bearing of the pulley and the ball bearing with: Synsetral
Lubricate the holes for the brush housing screws with: Klüber
Staburag
