8. Use the sanitizer-soaked grill cloth to clean the
exposed surfaces of the upper and lower release
sheets. See Figure 80.

9. Spray a clean sanitizer-soaked grill cloth with one
spray of grill cleaner. See Figure 81.

10. Use the sanitizer-soaked grill cloth to wipe clean
the exposed surfaces of the upper release sheets
including the sides. Repeat the cleaning for the
lower release sheets. See Figure 82.

11. Rinse the upper and lower release sheets with a
separate sanitizer-soaked grill cloth. Wipe until the
grill cleaner residue has been fully removed. See
Figure 83.

12. Remove the release sheet locking clips and the
upper and lower release sheets. Wash and rinse the
clips in the 3 compartment sink. If necessary, soak
them in a hot solution of SolidSense APSC to
remove carbon accumulation. See Figure 84.

13. Place all release sheets flat on the release sheet
storage tray clean side down. DO NOT fold,
crease, or place them on sharp objects. DO NOT
clean the release sheets in the 3-compartment sink.
