4. Use the grill cloth to clean the back splash plate and
the bullnose areas as needed during operation.
Note: To increase the life of the release sheet, wipe it
with a clean, sanitizer-soaked, folded grill cloth a
minimum of four times every hour.
WARNING! The upper platen surface is very
HOT. Use extreme caution when wiping the release
material sheet.
Failure to comply can result in severe
personal injury.
Canceling a Cook Cycle
• If the wrong product is accidentally selected,
cancel cook cycle by pressing the green “start”
button.
• Canceling the cook cycle raises the platen imme-
diately and displays a “DISCARD PRODUCT”
message.
• Press “DISMISS” to clear the message and
alarm.
