Shut off power and supply
again and observe 10 Mins
Check the wire
connections
Replace power supply
board or outdoor PCB
assembly
If the voltage change
occurs between
0~12V not 13~24V

Check the terminal
L and N voltage

Connects the
wire again
Replace indoor
PCB
Not OK
Yes
Shut off power
and supply again

Replace inverter board and power
supply board or outdoor PCB
assembly

Replace inverter board
Display E0 first and then
display E5 and keep
If the indicator on the
outdoor PCB blink?
Check terminal L&N
voltage
Yes
OK

Check the rectifier
bridge, fast recovery
diode (FRD) and IGBT
Solve as E0
Check wire connected
and replace indoor PCB
Normal
Abnormal
Replace PFC board or
outdoor PCB assembly
Test the DC voltage
between DC+ and DC-
Damage
Normal
If the voltage is
approx. 300V
If the voltage is
approx. zero
Replace power supply
board or outdoor PCB
assembly
Replace PFC board
or outdoor PCB
assembly
If the problem cannot be solved
by using the methods above
Replace the indoor main PCB,
power source board, and PFC
board or outdoor PCB assembly
If the voltage is
0 V
If the voltage
change occurs
between 0~24V
Check the terminal
N and 1 voltage

Replace indoor
