6.2 MAINTENANCE
6.2.1 MAINTENANCE FOR ACTUATOR
(1) Replacing the motor

As shown in Fig. 6.11, securely hold the
actuator assembly by a vise.
Note: Be sure to hold it in a lying position.

Remove the motor securing bolts, then remove
the motor.
Note: Do not give a strong shock to the motor.

Remove the packing from the motor fitting
surface.

Apply grease to the joint. Install the motor with
a new packing.
Tightening torque: 18.6 to 30.4 N-m
{1.9 to 3.1 kgf-m}
