Block Repeat Operation
1. Press the » key for playback and

ginning of the block you wish to
repeat to reset the counter index to
0.00.00"
2. Press the REPEAT switch (LED lights),
and then press the CUE pushbutton
when the tape reaches the end of the
block.
Now that “Block Repeat” has been set,
the deck will automatically rewind the
tape and repeat the playback of the block
between “0.00.00” and the position de-
signated when the CUE pushbutton was
pressed.
Another way that this repeat playback
operation can be performed is to:
1. Press the CLEAR button at the begin-
ning of the block you wish to repeat.
Then locate the end of the block by
using the B> or pm keys, and press
the CUE pushbutton.
2. Press the REPEAT switch to jate
the block repeat mode and press the
STZ pushbutton, The deck will enter
the search-to-zero mode of operation
and the transport will fast-wind to the
“0.00.00 position on the counter to
allow replay operations to begin from
that point.

La reproduction répétée en boucle peut
aussi étre accomplie de la maniére suivante:
1. Enfoncer la touche CLEAR au début
du morceau a reproduie en boucle.
Localiser ensuite la fin de ce morceau

déterminer en enfongant la touche
CUE.
2. Aprés avoir enfoncé la touche RE-
PEAT, presser sur la touche STZ pour
que la bande défile rapidement jusqu’a
la position “0.00.00” du compteur et
que la lecture en boucle soit déclenchée,

ll peut arriver, en cours de reproduction,
qu'on veuille “‘sauter’’ une certaine partie de
la bande; une omission de lecture partielle
peut étre effectuée en respectant les pro-
cédures précisées ci-dessous. Remarquer qu'il
faut établir une partie a négliger avant de
passer au mode de reproduction.
Presser ® et en pressant CUE fixer le point
de début d'une partie a sauter.
Presser sur la touche REPEAT, et en pres-
sant la touche CLEAR, fixer le point de
fin de la partie 4 sauter.
On peut passer I’endroit ainsi déterminé sans
le reproduire tant que la touche REPEAT se
trouve en circuit.
Auto-Skip Playback Operation
During playback, you may perhaps want to
] skip a certain section of the tape. This can
be accomplished by conforming to the
following procedures, The unwanted block
which is to be skipped should be set before
J playback operations. Press the ® key and
then press the CUE pushbutton at the
beginning of the block you wish to skip.
Press the REPEAT switch and then, press
the CLEAR pushbutton at the end of the
unwanted block. This “block” will be auto-
matically skipped in playback as long as
the REPEAT switch is on,
