to the model and machine type, you must also indicate its serial

NAMEPLATE OF THE MAIN COMPONENTS
The nameplates of ali the components that were not
manufactured directly by (e.g.TECFRIGO SPA compressors
fans, etc.) are mounted on the components
themselves in the position in which they were original placed
by the respective manufacturers.
2.3 EC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The EC Declaration of Conformity only concerns the machine
in the state in which it was placed on the market, excluding
any additional components and/or operations carried out
subsequently by the end user.
The duly completed original is delivered to the customer
together with the machine and contains data and information in
accordance with Annex II of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
2.4 REFERENCE DIRECTIVES
In designing and manufacturing the machine, the necessary
criteria and features were used in order to fulfil the essential
safety requirements envisioned by Machine Directive:
▶ Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC;
▶ Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2014/35/EU;
▶ Further applicable standards may be found in the attached
EC Declaration of Conformity.
The technical documentation has been prepared in accordance
with the provisions of Annex VII of Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC and is available for inspection by the supervisory
bodies upon request, as required by the applicable legislative
provisions.
TECFRIGO S.P.A., therefore, provides for the
positioning of the machine on the market, equipping and
accompanying it with:
▶ CE marking;
▶ CE Declaration of Conformity;
▶ Instruction manual and warnings drawn up according to
the provisions of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and
the technical standard CEI EN 82079.
2.5 WARRANTY
The warranty is established during the contract and is
understood to begin from the date of installation (and any
testing if applicable). For this purpose, the end user must
complete the relevant installation form attached to this manual
and deliver a copy to TECFRIGO SPA
2.6 INTENDEDUSE BYTHEMANUFACTURER
This line of ice cream display cases has been designed
to maintain the temperature of the ice cream and not to
lower it. Therefore, the ice cream can be put in the case only
if it is already cooled and has thus reached its preservation
temperature. In addition:
▶ to meet the specific requirements mentioned in the sales
contract;
▶ to be used according to the instructions and limitations of
use given in this manual.
▶ To function safely if:
! it is used within the limits declared in the contract and in
this manual;
! the procedures of the user manual are followed;
! routine maintenance is carried out at the times and in the
ways indicated;
! non-routine maintenance is carried out promptly when
required.
Given their specific function, the display cases cannot be used
far other purposes, nor can the manufacturer envision other
use modes.
2.7 REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Reasonably foreseeable misuse is listed below:
▶ use of explosive liquid or solid materials;
▶ use of flammable liquid or solid materials;
▶ use of liquid or solid materials containing chemically
aggressive substances;
▶ using the machine in a way not provided for in section
“2.6 INTENDED USE BY THE MANUFACTURER” and
according to that indicated in section “5.2 TECHNICAL
DATA” .
