Note:
When (Fn_97) is set to (xxx0), During the auto restart operation the fault contact will not be
energized until (Fn_35 (auto restart times) decreases to 0. (OL1 / OL2 / OL3)

Fn_101: Baud rate of Communication: (bps)
0: = 4800
1: = 9600
2: = 19200
3: = 38400
