This is a charge billed by some, but not all utilities
from time to time to recover their costs for extraor-
dinary fuel prices.
For example, neighborhood street lighting costs, or
any other recurring costs the Utility may pass on to
the consumer. If more than one xed fee applies,
enter the sum of all fees.
Some utilities, in addition to a charge per kWh, have
a minimum charge for electricity. This is typically
a at-fee.
Charged as a percentage calculation of the entire
bill. If you have multiple items on your bill that
are calculated as a percentge, you can add them all
together and enter them here.
