Basic functions
Steam function 40ºC, 60ºC, 80ºC, 90ºC and 100ºC
(See table “Description of Functions”).

1. Rotate the Function Selection Knob (1) to the
desired function / temperature. The duration
light will start to flash.
2. Select the desired operating time by turning the
Rotating Knob (2) in either direction (for
example: 10 minutes).
3. Press the OK key (5) to confirm.
4. Press the Start key (3). The oven will start to
operate.
