1624 LATHE STAND
For safety reasons please carefully read and understand these instructions.
The NOVA 1624 Stand is designed to fit and be used only with the NOVA DVR XP and 1624-44 Woodlathes. Use
of the 1624 Stand on other lathes could cause a malfunction and risk of serious injury.

Assembly Instructions

Prepare and Assemble Stand Frame

Assemble cast iron frames and attach feet to leg pieces, ensuring correct orientation for the stand.

Position Lathe for Assembly

Move the lathe onto a stable, elevated surface with assistance from a second person.

Attach Tailstock End Legs

Connect the legs to the tailstock end of the stand using M10 bolts, washers, and nuts.

Attach Headstock End Legs

Connect the legs to the headstock end of the stand, noting upward insertion into blind holes.

Level the Lathe

Adjust the stand's height by tightening or loosening nuts on the feet for proper leveling.
