Introduction
Thank you for choosing a Tektronix product. The Series 31000 Arbitrary Function Generator (AFG)
instruments are high-performance instruments with built-in waveform generation applications,
real-time waveform monitoring called InstaView
TM
, and an improved user interface for higher test
efficiency.
This manual contains instructions for verifying the performance of the AFG31000 Series Arbitrary
Function Generator to the module level.
