of the generator to a reference frequency of 50 MHz or less.

2. Confirm the input channels are within limits for analog bandwidth: Do the
following substeps - test Ch 1 first, skipping substeps 2.aand 2.bsince Ch 1 is
already set up for testing from step 1.
a. Select an unchecked channel:
From the button bar, touch Measure and then Clear All to remove
the previous measurement.
Press the Vertical button of the channel just confirmed to remove the
channel from the display.
Press the front-panel Vertical button that corresponds to the channel
you are to confirm.
Touch Vertical, select Vertical Setup, and then touch Termination
50 Ω.
Move the leveled output of the sine wave generator to the channel
you selected.
b. Match the trigger source to the channel selected: Press the Trigger
Source button until the source that corresponds to the channel you are to
confirm is on.
