Removing discs
Î To remove the CD first stop playback by pressing
the STOP
button (11), open the CD compartment
(7) and then remove the CD by holding it at the
edges.
Playing a disc
If the CD has been inserted incorrectly or if the CD is
flawed, “NO DISC” appears in the display (17).
Note:
If you have inserted an MP3 CD the "MP3" indicator
appears in the display (17), or "WMA" for a WMA CD.
Î The unit automatically starts to play back the first
track.
The track number and playtime of the current track
appears in the display (17). In the case of MP3/WMA
CDs with multiple albums, the display (17) shows both
the track number (41) and the album number (40).
Î To pause the playback, press the X II button (4).
The unit interrupts playback. The playing time flashes in
the display (29) and PAUSE appears in the text line (42).
Î To resume playback press the X II button (4) again.
Î To end playback press the button (11). The total
number of albums and tracks appears in the display
(17) and STOP appears in the text line (42).
Note:
Always press the button (11) before removing the CD.
Setting tracks
Î To jump to the next track press the XXI button (3)
once.
Î To jump to the start of the track press the IWW (2)
once.
Î To jump to the previous track press the IWW button
(2) twice.
The display (17) indicates the respective track number.
Î Press repeatedly until the desired track number
appears.
Setting > 10 tracks (MP3/WMA CD)
Î To set tracks, press the +10/ALBUM button (13). The
unit jumps forward 10 tracks.
E.g. to select track 45:
Î Press the +10/ALBUM button (13) four times, the
XXI button (3) five times.
