Enable/Disable the STP functions of the switch, and directly select the
spanning tree mode of switch at enabling:
 Disable: Disable the spanning tree functions.
 STP: Enable the compatibility mode of spanning tree.
 RSTP: Enable the compatibility mode of rapid spanning tree.
