Information in the partner display
Flashing slowly: Internal call for a partner.
Flashing quickly: External call for a partner.
Illuminates: Partner is occupying the line.
Calling a partner
Press the key for the desired partner.
Lift the handset.
Answering a call to a partner
A partner’s telephone rings. The partner display flashes in your display.
Press the key for this partner. Your telephone rings.
Lift the handset.
Switching partner beep on and off
Scroll to the
Partner beep on/off
menu item.
Confirm your selection. The partners for whom the partner beep is activated
are indicated by flashing symbols.
Press the key for a partner to switch partner beep on or off.
Scroll to the
End
menu item.
Confirm your selection.
