Notifying a guest of a message at the reception
Message
Press the Message key.
222
Press the key for the desired room, e.g. 222.
Exit
Press the Exit key. The DSS module returns to displaying the calling status of
the room telephones.
To delete the message:
222
Press the key for the room again.

“Message” appears on the display of the room telephone.
If the room telephone does not have a display, the LED will light up.
If the guest calls back, the word “Message” disappears or the LED goes out.
