Why does the TensCare Sure PRO Fitness Equipment intensity not go above 10 mA?
    • D
      donald03Aug 4, 2025
The TensCare Fitness Equipment has a safety feature that limits the intensity to 10 mA if a connection error is detected. When this happens, the intensity will return to 0 mA, and the warning triangle will flash. To resolve this: 1. Check that the lead wire is correctly connected and that electrode pads are correctly attached to the skin. 2. If using a probe, test the unit by holding the probe in your hand. Dampen your hand with water and a little table salt, then squeeze the probe firmly, ensuring your skin covers the metal parts. Carefully increase the strength until you feel something. 3. If the warning triangle continues to flash and the unit won't allow you to pass 10 mA, the lead wire may need replacement. Try using the other lead.

Why is there no sensation on my TensCare Sure PRO Fitness Equipment?
    • H
      Heather WilliamsAug 13, 2025
If you feel no sensation and no warning triangle is showing on your TensCare Fitness Equipment, it could be due to the intensity level being too low or reduced sensitivity in the treated area. To address this: 1. Increase the intensity. Most people feel stimulation around 25 mA with hand use, and 40 mA to 60 mA with the probe inserted. The maximum power is 99 mA. Increase the intensity until you feel it, noting that it increases in small steps of 1 mA. 2. Consider that you may have reduced sensitivity due to previously damaged or desensitized pudendal nerves.

Why is there no sensation on one side of the TensCare Sure PRO probe?
    • T
      Tammy MasseyAug 25, 2025
The sensation depends on how close the current flows to the nerve and the direction of the current flow. Try slightly adjusting the position of the probe or exchanging the connection of the wires in the probe.
