Step 10
Place the lid on the fire bowl and line up the hinges.
Attach the lid to the fire bowl by inserting a hinge pin (HH)
through the hinges on the left and right.
Secure the hinge pins with a split (GG) each.
Step 11
Remove the nut and the washer from thermometer (B).
Insert the thermometer (B) through the lid (A), align it and secure
it with the washer and nut.
Insert the lid handle (C) through the lid (A) and secure it with
washers (EE) and nuts (FF).

Place the Flame tamer (E) in the fire bowl.
