Setting the V-belt in place (view: fan side; from below)
Fasten the new V-belt pulley (1). Torque:
125 Nm.
Set the V-belt in place on the rear diame-
ter of the V-belt pulley (2) and on the air
conditioning compressor (3).
Tension the V-belt and fasten the air con-
ditioning compressor in place again.

Mounting the upper belt tensioner
To prevent lossening, the mounting sur-
face (1) must be clean and shiny. Remove
the protection coating without damaging
the mountery surface.
Set the tensioning pulley support (2) in
place and screw all fastenings (3) in place
loosely.

Remove the protection coating (2) on the
belt tensioner (1) without damaging the
mountery surface.
Loosely screw on the belt tensioner (3) on
the tensioning pulley support (4).
