PREPARING TESMED ABSOLUTE
DETACH THE DEVICE FROM THE BELT
The control device is attached to the belt by 4 magnets; when preparing the belt,
it is advisable to detach the device to prevent it from switching on accidentally.
To detach it, hold it with your ngers and pull hard enough to detach from the
magnets.(Photo 1, 2, 3).

BELT SIZE ADJUSTMENT
The rst step is to try the t of Tesmed absolute, it is generally suitable for a
medium to wide waist, but in the case of a narrow waist, it can be adjusted by
following the steps. (Photo 4, 5, 6).

MOISTEN THE CONDUCTIVE PLATES
NEVER USE TESMED ABSOLUTE WITHOUT MOISTENING THE CONDUCTIVE
PLATES AND THE ABDOMEN.
Place the Tesmed absolute belt upside down on a at surface,
Take a sheet of paper towel such as Scottex (Photo 7) and fold it several times
(Photo 8), wet it under running water (Photo 9)
