The electrodes should never be placed on the carotid breast, along the head,
directly on the eyes, covering theirmouths and / or on a spastic muscle.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not tamper with the equipment or try to open it.
Keep the electro stimulator away from sources of heat, powder, sprayed water,
humid atmospheres andavoid direct exposure to the sun.
Avoid violent knocks that could damage the equipment.
Operating temperature: 0 °C 45 °C
Storage temperature for a period of 1 month: -20 °C 45 °C
Storage temperature for a period of 6 months: -10 °C 35 °C
Humidity: between 20 and 90% RH (without condensation)
Atmospheric pressure: between 75 and 106 kPa
As for the central unit, the manufacturer guarantees, with correct use/mainte-
nance, a useful life of the equipment of 2 years.
If, on the other hand, the belt shows signs of wear, it may need to be replaced. The
belt is to be considered a spare part.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Isolated cases of skin irritation may occur in people with highly sensitive skin.
Should there be an allergicreaction to the Tesmed absolute, stop the treatment
and consult a specialist doctor. It is normal for the skin tobe slightly red after
the treatment in the areas where the electrodes were placed: this will disappear
afterroughly 30 minutes. We strongly advise against treating any areas of the
body with serious skin problems.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
ATTENTION:
Electro stimulation is not recommended in areas with any of the following:
inammation, open wounds, strained or torn muscles, dermatitis, bacterial in-
fections, eritema or skin irritation;
muscular hernias;
fractured bones;
varicose veins or vascular disease in general;
neoplasia;
mucous membranes.
in the thoracic area to people with cardiac arrhythmia.
