CLEANING THE FEED DOG
OILING THE MACHINE
Remove the needle and the presserfoot.
Remove the needle plate set screws and remove the needle plate.
With a brush, clean out dust from the feed dog teeth. Insert the needle plate.
Apply a few drops of ne quality sewing machine oil to the point indicated by the
arrows in the gures.
For machine in constant use, oil two or three times a year.
In case the machine does not work smoothly due to standing idle for some time,
apply a few drops of kerosene at the oiling point, and run the machine rapidly for a
minute.
Before oiling, wipe o oiling points.
