WARRANTY REGISTRATION PROCESS
Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and Brand Developers Limited warrants each new ladder, to the
original purchaser thereof, to be used and maintained properly. This warranty covers all parts of the ladder,
including hinges and lock assemblies. This warranty shall be in effect for the Lifetime of the ladder covering
Personal Private use or a period of 5 years covering Trade, Professional & Commercial use from the date of
purchase. This shall be in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any
implied warranty of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose. SomeAustralian states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and Brand Developers Limited will repair or replace, at its option
and without cost to the original purchaser, any ladder which has been found to be defective and is within the
period of the warranty. All freight to and from the factory is to be paid for by the customer.

The liability of Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and Brand Developers Limited under this warranty
shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of the ladder within the warranty period; and Brand Developers
Australia Pty Limited and Brand Developers Limited shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for
consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury or labour costs. Some
Australian states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitationorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.Thiswarrantygivestheoriginalpurchaserspeciclegalrightsand
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Under no circumstances will Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and Brand Developers Limited be
responsible for any expense in connection with any repairs made by anyone other than the factory or authorized
servicestationunlessrepairshavebeenspecicallyauthorizedinwritingbyBrand Developers Australia Pty
Limited and Brand Developers Limited.
The warranty is void if the enclosed Warranty Registration Card is not completed and returned or an email has
not been sent to register the product with Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and Brand Developers
Limited within 30 days of product delivery.
