Symbols and marking
For compliance with the European Norm, it is NOT permissible
to use unshielded consumables in Hand-Held applications�
S Mark;
This marking signifies the manufacturer’s declaration of conformity to
applicable European directives and standards (EMC & LVD)�
The mark indicates that the power supply and torch are suitable for
use in environments with danger of electrocution� The hand torches must
have shielded consumable parts fitted to mantain mark compliance�
CE Mark;
C-Tick Mark;
This marking signifies compliance with appropriate Australian EMC standard�
IEC symbols;
The following symbols may be present on the plasma arc power supply data plate, control labels
and switches�
